These terms govern your use of the Influsight platform. By creating an account or using our service, you agree to these terms.

1. The Service

Influsight provides a platform where marketing agencies can view verified social media analytics from creators who have authorized access. Creators connect their social media accounts via OAuth and control which data agencies can see.

2. Accounts

Agency Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You may not share your account with others

Creator Accounts

• You authenticate via your social media platform's OAuth
• You control which data scopes to share with each agency
• You can revoke access at any time

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to access data you are not authorized to view
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute creator analytics data outside of the platform
• Misrepresent your identity or agency affiliation
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Use creator data to harass, discriminate against, or harm creators

4. Creator Data & Consent

Agencies: You may only use creator analytics data for the purpose of evaluating potential partnerships or managing existing collaborations. You may not share, resell, or publicly disclose a creator's analytics without their explicit written consent.

Creators: By granting an agency access, you authorize Influsight to share the selected analytics data with that agency. You can modify or revoke this access at any time.

5. Intellectual Property

The Influsight platform, including its design, code, and branding, is our property. Your data remains yours. We claim no ownership over agency or creator data submitted to the platform.

6. Availability & Changes

We strive to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We will provide reasonable notice for material changes.

7. Limitation of Liability

Influsight is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for the accuracy of analytics data sourced from third-party platforms. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify you of material changes.
